The intake process is one of the most important parts of a family's experience with our clinic and the Patient Intake Coordinator is often the very first person families speak with when seeking help for a child in crisis.

The Patient Intake Coordinator is responsible for coordinating incoming patient referrals, conducting intake calls, gathering and processing required patient information, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating with families and referring providers in a compassionate and efficient manner.
Successful candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and supportive presence with families and team members alike.

- Experience working in a medical, behavioral health, or healthcare office setting
