Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and beverage service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining room and club common areas. Includes washing and polishing all glassware and silverware.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Learning and using NorthStar POS for transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Stay informed about current drink trends, new products, and food safety practices to provide knowledgeable service.
Skills
- Ability to listen and follow directions, multitask and organization.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Memorizing menu and have product knowledge of what we are serving.
- Ability to upsell drinks and food items effectively to increase sales.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations within the food industry is essential.
- Sales experience is a plus, contributing to effective customer engagement strategies.
- Being able to maintain a good attitude with the team in a professional setting.
