Role Description
This full-time Insurance Sales Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Binghamton, NY, allowing a balance of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The position involves building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored coverage solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include selling insurance products, managing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining relationships with insurance carriers. The role also requires educating clients about available policies and proactively identifying additional opportunities to meet their insurance needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and thorough knowledge of insurance products
- Skills in Customer Service and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage processes and Health Insurance offerings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance (required or ability to obtain)
