Work Schedule & Flexibility
We believe in results over clock-punching. This role offers a modern hybrid structure:
- Initial Training: 3–5 weeks on-site in our Hampden, MA office (Monday–Friday) to get you fully integrated into our systems and culture.
- Ongoing Schedule: Once training is complete, enjoy the freedom of 4 days remote / 1 day in-office per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Proven Earnings: $50k–$120k realistic first-year total compensation.
- The Breakdown: $31,200 Base Salary Uncapped New Business Commission Renewal Commission.

What You Bring to the Table
- Credentials: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.

- Skillset: Strong pipeline management, disciplined follow-up, and a "closer" mentality.
- Location: Ability to commute to Hampden, MA for the initial training period and weekly in-office days thereafter.
