Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation defense cases from initial claim to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Attend hearings, and depositions to advocate for clients effectively.
• Analyze case facts and develop strategic defense plans tailored to each case.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• 3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for client advocacy.
