Locations: California (Remote)
Compensation: $100,000 – $220,000 bonus
Work Model: Fully Remote
Bar Admission: Active California Bar required

This is a law firm attorney role focused on workers’ compensation defense.
Candidates Must
Be a licensed attorney (JD required)
Have Workers’ Compensation Defense Experience In California
Be comfortable managing a full caseload independently
This Role Is Not Suitable For
Plaintiff-side workers’ comp attorneys
General Litigators Without Workers’ Compensation Experience
Candidates without WCAB exposure
About The Opportunity
We are working with a workers’ compensation defense firm seeking an attorney to manage claims from inception through resolution in a fully remote environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent clients at WCAB hearings, conferences, and trials
Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation matters
Take and defend depositions
Draft motions, settlement agreements, and legal documents
Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients
What We’re Looking For
2–10 Years Of Workers’ Compensation Defense Experience
Experience handling WCAB proceedings
Strong deposition and motion practice experience
Ability to manage cases independently
