What You’ll Do
- Lead sourcing strategies for critical and high‑spend materials
- Manage indirect purchasing and capital acquisition processes
- Support NPI commercialization, vendor selection, and parts rationalization
- Partner with global teams and suppliers to execute sourcing strategy
- Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and process improvements
- Conduct supplier market, category, and risk analyses
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing
- Bachelor’s 7 yrs experience (or Master’s 5, or PhD 3)
- 5 yrs sourcing/supply chain experience (ISO manufacturing preferred)
- APICS certification a plus
- Strong negotiation, project management, and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office; SAP proficiency required
- Experience in lean manufacturing environments preferred
- Travel to supplier sites required
- Must meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
