What you will do:
- Develop and present business cases for funding approvals.
- Lead and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks while adapting to changing requirements.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Business Transformation Office through innovative project reviews and stakeholder engagement.
- 5 years of relevant project management experience and a Bachelor's degree.
- A PMP certification (or equivalent) to showcase your expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and collaborative skills.
- Background in technical/complex software projects (ERP, Salesforce).
- Agile experience or Certified Scrum Master certification.
- Knowledge in process improvement and finance principles.
