  • Supervise, coach, and develop logistics associates through active floor leadership, performance management, and training.
  • Manage shipping schedules, carrier coordination, labor allocation, and workflow prioritization to meet operational demands and customer cut-off times.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, GMP/GDP requirements, and internal Quality Management System processes.
  • Oversee product inspection, packaging, labeling, documentation, and lot/serial traceability to support quality and patient safety.
  • Utilize SAP/ERP, TMS, and WMS systems to manage shipping transactions, inventory accuracy, reporting, and operational performance.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that improve throughput, accuracy, compliance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Warehouse Operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
What You BringRequired Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership or lead-level experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in regulated, quality-driven environments such as FDA, ISO, healthcare, or medical device operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Subject matter expertise in international shipping requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate workflows, manage staffing priorities, and drive KPI performance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, endoscopy, or other highly regulated distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, GMP, GDP, and quality system requirements.
  • Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS, Lean, OSHA, or related credentials.
  • Knowledge of IATA and DOT shipping regulations.
What Will Make You Successful
  • A strong quality mindset and commitment to regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and patient safety.
  • The ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining high performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.
  • Expertise in shipping operations, inventory control, lot traceability, and warehouse systems.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, resolve operational issues, and drive results.
  • A continuous improvement mentality that uses data, root cause analysis, and Lean principles to improve performance.
