What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly goals
- Set daily expectations, track performance, and drive accountability
- Desk deals, structure offers, and help close customers
- Jump in on tough deals and objections—because you know how to close
- Ensure all demo vehicles are merchandised, tech-ready, and showroom perfect
- Deliver or support high-quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Manage incoming leads via phone, text, and email
- Ensure follow-up processes are tight and consistent
- Train and develop sales talent—from rookies to top performers
- Create an energetic, professional sales floor customers love

- Proven automotive or retail sales leadership experience
- Strong closing skills and deal structure knowledge
