• Command daily operations across every department
• Drive sales, service, and next-level customer satisfaction

• Ensure compliance across all regulations

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years management or sales leadership experience
• Powersports or auto background preferred
• A deep understanding of dealership operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
• CDK or Lightspeed knowledge is a plus
