Team Karl Malone is seeking a Parts Department Assistant for our Warehouse and Delivery Services. Responsibilities
- Timely retrieval and delivery of the correct parts from the warehouse to technicians.
- Assist in overall shop needs allowing technicians to remain in their stalls and the kiosk parts advisors to remain in their kiosks.
- Retrieve warranty return parts from the technicians and deliver them to the warranty parts area.
- Help maintain inventory of parts in kiosk and tire areas.
- Check-in daily tire inventory orders.
- Assist the wholesale and body shop counters with pulling requested parts and shelving daily parts deliveries.
- Assist in maintaining the condition of the parts department by cleaning, sweeping, and other duties as needed.
- Move and deliver parts between other locations and dealers.
Requirements
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s licsense.
- Ability to twist, turn, reach, bend, squat, sit, and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
