Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and mentoring are provided, allowing you to build your confidence while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory conversations with professionals exploring career change.
- Learn about each individual's professional background and goals.
- Introduce qualified individuals to our consulting process and educational offerings.
- Guide applicants through a structured discovery process.
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
We're Looking For Professionals With Experience In:
- Nursing

- Practice Management

Equivalent healthcare leadership experience is also welcomed.
About You
You are someone who:
- Has at least five years of professional healthcare experience.
- Enjoys supporting and developing others.
- Communicates confidently and professionally.
- Is organised and self-motivated.
- Is comfortable working remotely.
- Can commit approximately 10–15 hours per week initially.
