Key Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory conversations with professionals exploring career change.
- Understand each individual's background, goals, and motivations.
- Introduce qualified individuals to our consulting process and educational offerings.
- Guide applicants through a structured discovery process.
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up throughout the enquiry process.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
About You
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has a minimum of five years' professional experience.
- Communicates confidently and professionally.
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
- Is organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Is comfortable working remotely.
- Can commit approximately 10–15 hours per week initially.
