Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Accountant for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Irvine, CA. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks include assisting with audits, preparing financial reports, and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial reporting, financial analysis, and budget management
- Knowledge of accounting software and systems, with a strong ability to manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciling accounts and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred but not required
- Experience in a similar accounting role or in the finance sector is an advantage
