Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- fast-paced volume store
- Desk 100 deals monthly
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.3 years of dealership finance experience is required.
- Prior automotive sales management experience is a must.
- A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of computers
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve.
- At least 21 years of age.
