Audi Ontario Sales Manager
Job Description:
Audi Ontario is actively seeking a Sales Manager. Candidates must possess excellent customer, CRM, and follow-up skills while maintaining the highest level of CSI with the manufacturer. Candidate must have positive team-oriented mentality and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Applicants should also be self-motivated and a fast learner.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly forecast for sales volume sustaining sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with local businesses and retail consumers.
- Follow up on daily CRM objectives with the current sales staff.
- Assist in closing deals if necessary.
- Motive and Lead Sales Team.
- Manage New and Used Car Inventory.
- Ensure salespeople are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives.
- Work with the General Manager to forecast monthly sales expenses.
- Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.
- Partner with the Financial Services Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.
- Working knowledge and the importance of online reputation
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 5 years Automotive Sales Management REQUIRED!
- Strong understanding of Finance Department operations.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong take-charge leadership attitude with a record of team building to include recruiting, training and motivating.
- A complete understanding of all E commerce, CRM and consistent follow up regiment. Momentum CRM experience a PLUS.
- Porsche or High Line experience a PLUS.
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Bilingual a PLUS
- College degree or experience preferred.
- Valid driver license
- Applicant must be able to pass a background and drug screening
