We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team!   • Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide prompt, courteous customer support
  • Maintain accurate data entry using computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff or executives
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining positive communication at all times

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Personal assistant experience is also valued
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while providing excellent customer service
