Responsibilities
Our BCBAs conduct behavioral assessments such as FBAs to develop and maintain individualized intervention plans with clear, meaningful goals. BCBAs are responsible for providing clinical supervision to direct support staff such as Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards. Caregiver collaboration is a key component of successful treatment, and BCBAs facilitate communication and training with caregivers.
Experience
- Licensed Behavior Specialist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
- Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques for children with developmental disabilities.
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing data-driven intervention plans.
- Prior experience providing behavior intervention services in clinical or educational settings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Experience providing clinical supervision or training to staff is preferred but not mandatory.
