Job Overview
Kareem’s Mission Autism Clinic is currently hiring a Clinical Director for our center-based program. As our Clinical Director, you will lead the daily clinical operations of our center. As this is a brand-new facility, we are looking for a visionary leader who brings energy and enthusiasm to the position. You will have the unique opportunity to build our clinical culture from the ground up and directly design, develop, and shape our clinical programming. You will mentor a small team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring a high level of quality and cultivating strong, therapeutic relationships with our clients and families. Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Build, launch, and refine the core clinical programming, treatment models, and curriculum for a brand-new clinic.
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee daily clinical operations, behavior intervention plans, and individualized treatment progress.
- Team Mentorship: Supervise, train, and support BCBAs and RBTs, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Case Management: Maintain oversight of client caseloads, conduct targeted assessments, and review treatment recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and funder requirements.
- Family Collaboration: Partner with parents and caregivers to discuss treatment goals, address concerns, and guide home programming strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Licensure: Active state license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (LBS).
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of post-certification clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of ABA principles, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing services to children, youth, and young adults.
