WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from design to completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Lead and mentor project teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
- Serve as the main client contact, providing clear communication and responsive service
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges and optimize performance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure a smooth close-out process

- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, budgeting, and leadership abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and codes
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
