Construction Project Manager needed for busy construction/fire restoration company to run multiple residential construction projects in the Greater Hartford area.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee construction & meet project deadlines
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Ordering materials
- Follow estimates and stay within budgets
- Meeting with property owners and keeping them informed of job progress
- Coordinating and managing the entire project from start-up through closeout
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, track job costs
Candidates possess the following:
- Superior communication skills
- Superior documentation skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to understand project goals and meet set deadlines
- Must be able to run multiple residential projects concurrently
Qualifications:
- 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Construction Project Management
- Management skills required
- Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills
- Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors and other members of your team'

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
