Busy Insurance Restoration Company specializing in Fire, Wind and Water Damage seeking a seasoned Estimator/Large Loss Estimator to scope and write estimates for insurance losses. Immediate opening.
Candidates possess the following:
- Ability to scope restoration and construction projects using the Xactimate Software
- Superior communication, documentation & organizational skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to meet project goals and deadlines
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Perform, negotiate and write detailed building estimates
- Maintain communication with property owners
- Continue communication with Project Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years estimating Residential Construction & Restoration
- Knowledge of Xactimate software or will train
- Knowledge of fire, wind and water damage and residential construction.
- Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients and other team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
