Position Overview
Our client is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing Functional Consultant to join their organization in a full-time capacity. This role will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing Oracle Manufacturing Cloud solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional subject-matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, supporting ongoing initiatives as well as new enhancements and rollouts.
Lead end-to-end functional activities including requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Engage directly with business leaders and manufacturing users to understand current processes and recommend scalable, best-practice Oracle Cloud solutions.
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
Configure and support core Manufacturing Cloud functionality, including:
Work Execution and Production Management
Work Definitions, Bills of Material (BOM), and Routings
Production Scheduling and Work Order processing
Manufacturing Costing and related financial impacts
Partner with technical teams to support integrations with other Oracle ERP and Supply Chain modules, as well as PLM and third-party systems.
Provide functional input for data conversions, reporting requirements, and security design.
Support user training, documentation, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience working with Oracle applications, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.
Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and production operations within an enterprise environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and clearly articulate functional solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating business needs into effective system designs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience producing functional design and process documentation.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud certifications, particularly in Manufacturing Cloud or related SCM modules.
Experience with additional Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Inventory Management, Planning, or Cost Management.
Exposure to integrations involving Oracle ERP, PLM systems, or other manufacturing-related platforms.
Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
