Kapsons’ customer is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a major portfolio of church properties and commercial landscapes across the Salt Lake City region. This role is ideal for a seasoned landscape professional with strong account management experience, proven enhancements expertise, and the ability to manage large, multi-site portfolios. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a large portfolio of church and commercial landscape accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for property representatives and facilities teams.Conduct regular site walks, inspections, and quality assessments to ensure service excellence.Prepare, price, and present enhancement proposals (seasonal color, irrigation upgrades, planting, redesigns, etc.).Drive enhancement revenue and maintain strong client relationships.Work closely with field operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.Oversee budgeting, job costing, contract renewals, and overall portfolio profitability.Track work orders, proposals, and schedules using Aspire (or similar software). Qualifications5 years of commercial landscape account management experience.Strong enhancements experience is required.Experience managing multi-site or church properties preferred.Proficiency with Aspire software strongly desired.Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.Advanced knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and commercial landscape maintenance.Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
