The Kappa Sigma Fraternity is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Director of Development to help lead donor stewardship, alumni engagement, and strategic initiatives that support the future of the Fraternity.
As the Director of Development, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with donors through regular communication and outreach.
- Support the Executive Director in managing and growing Kappa Sigma’s fundraising programs.
- Administer the Donald C. Dilley, Jr. Scholarship-Leadership Award Program, working directly with undergraduates and volunteers.
- Oversee donor fulfillment, reengagement, and recognition efforts, ensuring a high-quality experience for supporters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization and professionalism.
- Interest or experience in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit work (preferred, but not required).
- A proactive mindset and a passion for working in a mission-driven environment.
- Collaborate daily with top-performing Brothers, Alumni, and Fraternity leaders.
- Gain hands-on experience in donor relations, scholarship management, and non-profit advancement.
