What you'll do
Lead multi-million-dollar projects, making key design and technical decisions that showcase your vision and expertise. You’ll shape high-profile civic, public sector and defence projects from design to delivery.
Drive design development, DA submissions, tender documentation, RFI responses and site visits, ensuring timelines and profitability targets are achieved. Coordinate consultants and manage stakeholder engagement, liaising directly with clients and overseeing QA processes for documentation.
What you'll need

Solid experience delivering projects in Australia from DA through to handover

Strong Revit proficiency (essential) and knowledge of industry-standard tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead meetings
