Based in an inspiring Manly studio overlooking Sydney Harbour, you will lead the design vision for major projects from concept through to presentation, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, mentor emerging designers and represent the practice to clients and stakeholders. With flexible working arrangements available, this role offers both meaningful work and lifestyle balance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading concept design for complex multi residential and community projects
• Developing compelling design narratives from brief through presentation
• Collaborating closely with the Design Director and senior leadership
• Mentoring and guiding a talented team of architects and graduates
• Producing sketches, diagrams and visual material to communicate ideas
• Presenting confidently to clients, stakeholders and planning authorities
• Shaping design strategy and maintaining design quality across projects
What You’ll Need
✏️ Design Expertise: Strong concept design capability, particularly in multi residential projects
🖊️ Communication: Excellent freehand sketching and or SketchUp skills
🧠Leadership: Proven ability to guide teams and influence design outcomes
🎤 Presentation: Confident communicator with clients and approval bodies
🤝 Mindset: Collaborative, positive and aligned with a supportive studio culture
