Contract Administrator – Commercial Fit-Out

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Managing project programming, scheduling, and trade letting for fit-out projects.
✅ Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor agreements and work orders.
✅ Overseeing cost control, invoicing, and financial tracking.
✅ Using Procore to track project documentation and progress.
✅ Ensuring quality assurance, defect resolution, and project close-out.
✅ Collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial fit-out (D&C environment preferred).
💻 Proficiency in Procore for project tracking and management.
📊 Experience with cost control, invoicing, and financial reporting.
💬 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
🔍 Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
🤝 Ability to work collaboratively and support project teams.
