Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing digital marketing, content marketing, in store advertising, external calendar marketing, event development and campaigns that align with our brand
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of social media marketing initiatives to increase online visibility and engagement.
- Oversee advertising efforts, including print advertising, Facebook Advertising, Google campaigns, and other paid media channels.
- Cultivate external partnership opportunities to expand event and party efforts.
- Supervise the development of compelling content for websites and print materials while ensuring consistency in branding across all stores.
- Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform targeted marketing strategies.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals by providing mentorship, setting objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on high performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, B2B (business-to-business) marketing, and e-commerce environments.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in SEO techniques, social media platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in sales development or advertising sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform strategy adjustments.
- Exceptional project management skills with an eye for detail in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced certifications in digital or performance marketing are a plus.
