Furniture Design & Sales Consultant

We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to join our Furniture Design & Sales Team.
This is not a typical retail position. Our team works closely with customers to help them furnish their homes with comfort, style, and confidence. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, guiding customers through important purchase decisions, and delivering a high level of personalized service.
Our most successful sales professionals are personable, dependable, polished, and comfortable working with customers in a consultative sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional showroom experience
- Help customers select furniture, mattresses, and home décor that fits their lifestyle, space, and budget
- Provide design guidance, product recommendations, and room coordination ideas
- Manage customer follow-up and communication throughout the sales and delivery process
- Utilize CRM and computer systems to maintain customer and sales activity
- Maintain strong product knowledge across premium furniture brands
- Contribute ideas and creativity to help drive customer engagement and showroom traffic
