Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Community Relations, located in Tinton Falls New jersey . The Director of Community Relations will oversee community engagement, foster relationships with residents and their families, and act as an ambassador for the community. Daily responsibilities include organizing events, managing public relations initiatives, implementing programs to promote community development, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Development
• Experience in building relationships with local organizations and media outlets
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on delivering excellent experiences
• Sales skills with the ability to effectively promote programs and drive occupancy
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in a team environment
• Prior experience in senior living or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
