What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead position at KAPITAL?

The client will benefit from a payroll consultant who has experience with

USOPTE - in particular: city and locality processing, and maintenance of organization and employee calculation cards.
Retro processing
Standardizing payroll processing, payroll best practice
