Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting selection decisions. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, facilitating offer processes, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Skills in Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interviewing and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience with Employer Branding, including promoting company culture across job postings and social media.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality in all talent-related matters.
- Prior experience in real estate or professional services recruitment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
