Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with some flexibility for remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Key responsibilities include developing employer branding strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
