Position Overview

The Recruiter will direct the high-volume, full-cycle recruitment lifecycles essential to staffing both our fleet logistics and administrative corporate divisions. The incumbent will maintain total accountability for talent acquisition deliverables, spanning from initial community outreach and strategic lead generation to final candidate onboarding and orientation.

Primary Responsibilities

· Strategic Sourcing: Formulate and execute sophisticated talent acquisition campaigns utilizing platforms such as Indeed, professional social networks, and specialized industry job boards.

· Full-Cycle Lifecycle Management: Oversee candidate screening, structured interviewing, rigorous background investigations, and reference verifications to guarantee high-caliber appointments.

· Corporate Ambassadorship & Fieldwork: Represent the organization authoritatively at regional job fairs, career expositions, and local community resource engagements.

· Administrative Oversight: Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage the compliance documentation for onboarding and orientation processes.

· Talent Pipeline Optimization: Actively re-engage previous qualified talent pools and execute reactivation protocols for eligible inactive personnel.

Candidate Requirements

· Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of recent, demonstrable success in high-volume, full-desk recruitment within high-pressure operational environments.

· Technical Proficiency: Advanced capabilities in the Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience managing enterprise-level ATS platforms.

· Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment laws, modern lead-generation strategies, and professional networking methodologies.

· Mobility & Adaptability: Full authorization and willingness to execute field assignments and operate on-site from any current or future New York City facility for unspecified durations.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written command of the English language alongside superior interpersonal negotiation skills.

Compensation and Executive Benefits

· Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per annum to commence.
