Position Summary:
Kapi Restoration is hiring a Field Support Technician—a dependable, mechanically inclined, and polished team member who can support daily operations on job sites and at our warehouse. Think of this role as a highly trusted “right-hand” field support: you’ll be our eyes, ears, and hands across multiple projects.

Think of this role as a highly trusted “right-hand” field support: you’ll be our eyes, ears, and hands across multiple projects.
This is an ideal role for someone who knows their way around tools and trailers, communicates clearly, and can take initiative without needing constant oversight. If you’re good with logistics, like variety in your day, and have a desire to grow into a skilled restoration tech, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team on job sites with tasks and logistics
- Drive company trucks and trailers
- Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
- Haul dumpsters and materials to the landfill as needed
- Perform minor repairs, pickups, and other hands-on tasks
- Sit on job sites when needed to meet inspectors or ensure security
- Organize and maintain tools, materials, and inventory at the warehouse
- Communicate observations from the field—be our eyes and ears
- Ask relevant questions, think through tasks, and present basic plans of action
- Take initiative: know what tools you’ll need, ask for photos, and prep accordingly
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are self-motivated and don’t need to be micromanaged
- Think before you act, and ask smart questions when needed
- Are detail-oriented, clean, and can carry themselves professionally
- Have a solid grasp of hand and power tools
- Are physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
- Have a valid chauffeur’s license and are confident towing trailers
- Want to grow into a skilled role like a Mitigation Technician
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, or restoration
- Familiarity with basic building systems and common materials
