Shipping & Receiving Lead - Grafton, WI
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Lead on our 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with overseeing shipping operations during the assigned shift.
- Review shipment orders, stage materials, and assign tasks to shipping personnel.
- Partner with the Shipping Supervisor to review production schedules and establish the evening shift plan.
- Prepare UPS and customer shipments as needed.
- Complete daily reporting, including shipment documentation, issue tracking, and incident investigations.
- Support shipping operations and perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of shipping operations experience preferred.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
