Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver high-quality enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will partner with the Technical Architect to translate complex designs into scalable solutions for Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, with a heavy emphasis on mobile and field-user optimization. This role requires a hands-on engineer capable of navigating a regulated enterprise environment and coordinating with third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Build and optimize Salesforce solutions using a configuration-first approach, supplemented by custom Apex and LWC development.

Mobile & Field Enablement: Design intuitive interfaces and data models specifically tailored for Salesforce Mobile and field-based usage patterns.

Multi-Cloud Execution: Develop across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, including specialized AMPscript development for marketing automation.

Architectural Alignment: Implement patterns approved by the Technical Architect and provide feedback on feasibility, performance, and security.

System Integration: Build and maintain reliable data flows between Salesforce and enterprise data platforms to support analytics and downstream consumption.

Delivery Oversight: Audit work from external implementation partners to identify risks, redundancies, or misalignments with platform standards.
Critical Outcomes (First 90 Days)

Day 60: Produce a consolidated audit of all active Salesforce initiatives, including 3rd-party vendor work, dependencies, and mobile-specific risks.

Day 90: Successfully deploy architecture-aligned enhancements and establish yourself as a trusted partner to the Data & Analytics and Business Design teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Technicals: Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AMPscript.

Cloud Depth: Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Mobile Expertise: Proven track record of building Salesforce solutions optimized for mobile/tablet environments.

Integration: Experience connecting Salesforce with enterprise-level data platforms and external APIs.

Certifications: * Salesforce Administrator (Admin I)
