$13.50 per hour
Actively hiring for Summer 2026
- Ability to commit a minimum of 12hrs/week during the school year, with a preference of 15hrs/week.
- Students are eligible to work up to 40 hours/week during the summer, based on departmental needs.
- Preference given to applicants with coursework related to marketing, advertising and/or communications

The Marketing Communications Assistant provides support to Kansas State University Foundation marketing communications team. This position gains valuable experience to cross-channel marketing activities and plays an important role in supporting the team's overall effectiveness.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with the creation and deployment of digital content including social media and email.
- Assist with the tracking and analysis of digital campaigns on social media, email and web.
- Manage monthly staff portrait sessions, including scheduling, photo session coordination and staff image selections.
- Clerical assistance for the Marketing Communications team, including data entry, and form processing.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in coursework at Kansas State University
- Strong ability to enter data accurately and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
