Kansas Secured Title is currently seeking an Escrow Processor to join our team in Wichita, Kansas.
Position Responsibilities
- Prepare real estate closing documents accurately and efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate real estate closings
- Present closing documents to buyers, sellers, and borrowers for signature
- Review and satisfy title requirements prior to closing
- Balance and reconcile closing files
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and other customers
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Knowledge of real estate transactions
- Knowledge of loan documentation and closing procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
