As part of this larger network, Kansas Secured Title is supported by industry experts located across the Midwest. We have an open position in our Topeka, Kansas location.
Responsibilities of the Escrow Processor position are as follows:
- Presenting documents for signature
- Customer Service
- Scheduling of Real Estate Closings
- Meet title requirements thoroughly
- Prepare Real Estate closing documents efficiently and accurately
- Maintain and build new relationships with customers
- Balancing files
Helpful Work Experience/Skills/Education includes:
- Computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Real Estate Transactions
- Knowledge of Loan documentation
- Attention to detail
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to handle high stress situations
