Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients for who physical therapy is necessary
- Formulate treatment plans and goals for physical therapy patients
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
- Supervise physical therapy care provided by aides, assistants, or students
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
- Participates in educational opportunities for professional growth and development and to meet requirements for credentials
Qualifications
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid Kansas license to practice
- CPR certification
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
