Join our health care team by assisting patients and referring physician offices over the phone with scheduling appointments and taking messages. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Position Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. No evening work, no weekend work!
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take messages electronically and process tasks correctly.
Accurately schedule or reschedule patient appointments and special appointments.
Initiate patient registration at time appointment is made and generate patient online portal enrollment to all new patients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous multi-line phone experience with great customer service skills preferred
Previous medical office experience a plus
Proficiency with Windows based computer applications
