  • Assist with life and disability insurance and ongoing policy service.
  • Coordinate the lead advisor's scheduling and client review meetings, including preparation of necessary reports and materials.
  • Track client meeting follow-up items and help ensure requests are completed.
  • Utilize the firm's systems and technology to provide support to advisors and client service team leaders as priorities and client needs change.

·        Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

·        Excellent communications skills and a professional and welcoming approach with clients

·        A willingness to take ownership, follow through, and work both independently and as a part of a team

·        Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems and processes

·        Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Experience with financial planning, investments, securities, life insurance, or disability insurance is preferred but not required.

·        Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications

·        Performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Retirement plan benefits
  • Professional development and industry education
