Further activity includes repairing modules and/or equipment and supporting production requirements for low volume/high mix of products. Works in accordance with workmanship standards (mechanical and/or electronic) general objectives, improving and refining devices and methods, as necessary. Typically works with a Lead/Subject Matter Experts and direct supervisors.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Reads, understands, and follows work procedures to accurately record results.
- Learns from Project Leads/Subject Matter Experts while demonstrating technical aptitude.
- Uses equipment, techniques, and tools necessary to complete tasks.
- Participates in teamwork related activities without expectation to demonstrate any informal leadership skills.
- Develops skills in reading and understanding basic documentation and drawings that define the work being performed.
- Performs work under close supervision and direction while learning the basics of Honeywell Operating Sytems (HOS) and Management Operating Systems (MOS).
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to travel as determined by the needs of the business.
- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
- United States Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).
- Some positions within this classification may require unique electrical, mechanical, and/or electronic skills and abilities.
- Formal training or practical experience equivalent to technical knowledge obtained in military training courses or through a two-year technical degree.
