POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join KC Cannabis Co.'s team. As the primary point of contact for our dispensary, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a well-organized front desk operation.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Regular shifts are 10-12hours, 2 to 3 days a week. 20-24 hours per week.
- Weekend availability is a MUST
- Warmly greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience from check-in to purchase.
- Verify customer eligibility for purchases and assist in ID verification processes.
- Maintains a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to assist customers and Patients.
- Listen attentively to customers' inquiries and needs, providing accurate information and guidance on product selection and promotions.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address customer queries or issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed knowledge and support for all local policy and state laws to ensure business is in compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all common/public areas, including restrooms and parking areas.
- Extensive initial training provided during on-boarding. Responsible for staying informed about the products available. Online continued education and development offered.
- Provide administrative support as required, including documentation, logging reports, and other tasks.
- Provides Patients with educational materials to consult with a licensed physician or make independent decisions, when necessary.
- Performs any additional duties as deemed necessary by management.
