Welcome and guide customers with a hospitality-first approach
Recommend products honestly and confidently
Process transactions accurately
Follow Missouri compliance requirements exactly
Help keep the store running smoothly as part of a team

What we’re looking for

21
Eligible to obtain a Missouri Facility Agent ID
Hospitality, customer service, or retail experience preferred
Cannabis experience not required
Reliable, coachable, and comfortable working with people
Able to follow process, compliance, and point-of-sale procedures carefully
