ABOUT THE ROLE – Warehouse Trainer Lead
The Warehouse Trainer Lead is responsible for onboarding, training, and developing warehouse team members across production, shipping and receiving, and warehouse clerk functions. This role ensures employees are trained safely, effectively, and in compliance with operational, quality, and food safety standards. When training activities are not in progress, the Warehouse Trainer Lead supports documentation accuracy, audit preparedness, and daily warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do
Production Warehouse forklift operation (Levels 1–2)
Shipping & Receiving forklift operation (Levels 1–3)
Warehouse Clerk responsibilities
Conduct hands on equipment training (Bendi, TSP, manlift, etc.).
Deliver refresher training or corrective retraining as needed.
Evaluate trainee progress and complete required sign off documents
Review and update warehouse policies, procedures, forms, and SOPs.
Ensure all training documents match the current SharePoint-controlled versions.
Prepare materials for annual audits.
Identify outdated documentation and coordinate updates with management.
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Pay Range (Base Pay): $23 per hour
Other Compensation: May include shift premiums and overtime pay depending on schedule

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and equipment
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to drive all warehouse equipment on-site.
- Understanding of inventory processes, adjustments, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems including:
- Picking
- Receiving
- Cycle counting
- Bi-Reporting / Scanning systems
- Documentation standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience with a WMS/IC process
- Ability to operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely, with certification where required.
- Conduct shift communications meeting to include uniforms meet GMP standards
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management, order fulfillment, and documentation.
- Ability to identify issues quickly, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime in a 24/7 operation
- Full‑time role on Days
- Must be available for weekends and overtime as required
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with routine lifting, pallet handling, and equipment operation
- Exposure to varying temperatures, production areas, and material‑handling equipment
