Parts Specialist-Ag Sales

Job Summary:  KanEquip-Ellsworth has an opening for a full-time Parts Sales Specialist. Responsible for parts sales over the counter to our customers or through our service department. Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our customers’ needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts. Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner. Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments. Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts.
