Job Summary:We have an immediate opening for a full-time Service Technician to service & repair various types of agriculture and construction equipment.The ideal Service Technician has…- 0-4 years of experience as a diesel technician/mechanic, preference given to agriculture and construction equipment.- Skills and knowledge to efficiently complete full services on agricultural and construction equipment.- Appropriate toolset to diagnose and repair agricultural and construction equipment as well as heavy equipment.- Strong understanding and application in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.- Acceptable Motor Vehicle status, with current driver’s license, and ability to operate motor vehicle- Satisfactory results of a pre-employment drug screeningThe Service Technician will contribute to our team by: (Duties and Responsibilities)- Trouble Shooting & Diagnosing: Use your skills to identify failures and confirm repairs with equipment and recommend service for continued equipment reliability. - Repairing & Confirming: Complete and check electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and diesel repairs on equipment to customer satisfaction. - Meeting and Exceeding: Perform quality service work and attain collectable efficiency, billable efficiency, labor sales, and rework goals.- Documenting and Submitting: Complete work order and forms for service operations in a timely and accurate manner. - Collaborating & Communicating: Consistently focusing on how we all succeed and seek ways to communicate, work together, to generate expected results.- Being Safe & Train: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and continually improve and learn in ways that strengthen our performance and expand opportunities.
